Nancy has been part of the FSN team since September 2019. As a member of our Patient Service Team, she is one of the smiling faces you will see greeting you at our front desk. Nancy is a Certified Patient Service Specialist (CPSS) dedicated to providing our patients with a great experience. She enjoys meeting patients and talking with them. Nancy is married and has four daughters. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
Michelle G.
Michelle joined the FSN team in August 2021 as a Patient Service Associate. She is one of the many smiling faces that will greet you as you come in to visit our office. She has been a resident of Kankakee for over 13 years. Michelle is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves assisting people and helping any way that she can. When at home, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and her two dogs! Michelle is very family oriented and is very passionate about her job.
Miquela H.
Miquela joined the team at FSN in October 2021. She is one of our Patient Service Associates at our front desk. Miquela loves helping all of our patients to get the care they need to be at their absolute best! She has been a local in the Bourbonnais area for the last 14 years. Miquela is the proud mom of her 4 year old son Kai. In her free time, she loves spending time with her son, playing with cars and watching all the movies on Disney+.
