Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery

ALLY® Adaptive Cataract Treatment System by LENSAR

At Fisher-Swale-Nicholson Eye Center, we offer laser-assisted cataract surgery using the ALLY® Adaptive Cataract Treatment System by LENSAR. ALLY® is the first and only system that combines world-class imaging and next-generation dual-pulse femtosecond laser in a single system to elevate both efficiency and outcomes in cataract surgery.

ALLY® enables our cataract surgeons to perform precise, blade-free cataract surgery right here in Bourbonnais, IL. Using customized Cataract Density Imaging, the ALLY® system helps surgeons make the optimal corneal incision, gently break up the cloudy lens, and remove it with greater accuracy and efficiency than traditional bladed surgery and even other laser systems. After removal, your surgeon will insert the new intraocular lens (IOL) through the same small incision, ensuring a smoother procedure and quicker recovery.
