Andrea D., CPSS
Andrea has been with the FSN team since April 2021. She is one of our team’s Surgical Coordinators, she also serves as our Co-Management Liaison. Andrea is a Certified Patient Service Specialist (CPSS). She enjoys working with our surgical patients and assisting our referring doctors to ensure all patients get the highest quality of care. Andrea is married and has one son and a rescue dog named Piper. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, finding new series to watch on Netflix, cooking, and helping to plan and organize events at her son’s school.
Audriana B., CPSS
Audri is one of our Cataract Surgical Coordinators. She has been a part of the FSN team for over 8 years. She assists patients with preliminary measurements, scheduling surgery, and all other surgical needs. Audri is a Certified Patient Service Specialist (CPSS) dedicated to providing each of our patients with an exceptional experience. She is our expert when it comes to anything regarding cataract surgery!
Valerie C., COA
Valerie has been working in ophthalmology since 2005 as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with a strong knowledge of cataract, pediatrics, advanced glaucoma, and refractive surgery. As our Refractive Coordinator, she assists patients in their journey of becoming less dependent on glasses and contact lenses and is with the patient through every step of the process. Her goal is to help every patient achieve their best-corrected vision and understand their surgical options based on their ocular history and test results. Her passion is to provide exceptional care to the community! As a native of Bourbonnais, she currently resides locally with her family.
