dr-fisherA Letter from Dr. Marc L. Fisher

Dear Friends,

After 33 years practicing in the Kankakee area, I have decided to retire this July. It has been a privilege to care for you and your families. I am grateful for your loyalty and trust in me as your eye doctor over all of these years. I have been blessed with the opportunity of meeting so many kind people and have created countless special memories that I will carry with me into retirement.

My associates, Dr. Jerry Swale, Dr. Matt Nicholson and Dr. Don LoConte, will continue to provide you with excellent eye care. If you decide to select a different eye doctor, our staff will help you make the transition as smooth as possible in accordance with patient privacy law. So, it is time to move on to new adventures. My lovely wife, Kris, and I will continue to volunteer at the local free health clinic. Hopefully, I will be able to join three of my children who are eye doctors for medical missions in Guatemala. I also cannot forget to mention the special time we plan to have with our grandchildren.

Thank you for entrusting me with your eye care. God has blessed me in so many ways. You are part of my many blessings.

With sincere gratitude,

Dr. Marc Fisher

“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”
